Delivery Delays



If au.ShopBetter24.com is unable to deliver an order within the agreed delivery time, the customer will be informed within 24 hours of the reason for the delay and provided with a new estimated delivery date.

If delivery is not completed within this revised timeframe, the customer may grant au.ShopBetter24.com a reasonable additional period to complete delivery. What constitutes a reasonable period depends on the nature of the product and the circumstances of the delay.

If au.ShopBetter24.com fails to deliver within this additional reasonable period, or if delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable time, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must notify au.ShopBetter24.com that the purchase is being cancelled due to delayed delivery.
