I don’t know my password. How do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can get a new one sent by going to au.ShopBetter24.com, picking "Log in" in the top right corner and choosing "Forgot password".

When you click on "Forgot password", you will be taken to a page where you must enter the email address you registered with. You will then ask the system to send a new password to this email address. The new password will appear in your inbox a few minutes later.

If you receive the message that you have entered an unknown email address, try to enter any other email addresses that you may also have used. It may be that you signed up with an old email address.

If you do not receive your password in your inbox, check your 'Spam' folder as it’s possible that the email ended up there. If you cannot find the email, we encourage you to contact customer service so we can help you further.
